The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The attention to detail was impressive, from the warm welcome with mint tea and cookies to the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel like family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large beds and much-needed AC. We loved the location in the quieter, more authentic part of the medina, although it required a short walk to reach the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious and varied, providing a perfect start to our days of exploring.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

This beautiful and authentic Moroccan riad is located in a quieter and more authentic part of the medina, meaning a short walk to the bustling landmarks. The rooms are palatial and tastefully decorated, with Jacuzzi tubs for ultimate relaxation. Staff are warm and friendly, going out of their way to make guests feel like royalty. Guests can enjoy an elegant and inexpensive dinner and drinks at the pool bar on the stunning sun terrace.
The pool may not always be available, and noise from inside the property can disturb the peace in some rooms.

Staff friendly, helpful, gave lifts, ordered taxis. Provided tea and biscuits, rooftop terrace with mountain view, rooftop bar. Lovely room, huge bed, jacuzzi bath, beautiful decor. Well-equipped, authentic. Hospitality outstanding, golf cart car useful, convenient food and drinks. Pool, rooftop dinners make it an outstanding experience. Recommend for all groups.

We were amazed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. The breakfast was served in a fantastic terrace with great views, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being located in the quiet, authentic part of the city, it was not far from the main square or transportation options, making it easy to get around.
Could not be improved in any way.

The rooftop pool was nice and was a good spot to sunbathe with some drinks. The staff was friendly and always tried to help out with any queries. The breakfast was decent with freshly squeezed juice. The location was close to some popular tourist spots, made it easy for us to explore around.
The room was dirty and had some broken items. The toiletries were not refreshed during our stay.

Tucked away in a bustling district, this hotel proved to be a quiet haven. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to go an extra mile. I enjoyed trying out some of the local delicacies and soaking up the sun while lounging poolside. The spacious rooms provided a lot of comfort and were perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the area. The hotel was also in a convenient location, making getting around town a breeze.
Finding the hotel for the first time was a bit of a challenge, and some of the surrounding areas of the hotel were not pleasant to look at. walking to and from the hotel after dark through the narrow alleyways could be intimidating.

The food and drinks served at the riad were exceptional, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner and drinks by the pool bar. The room we stayed in was palatial and unique, with a spacious jacuzzi tub that added a touch of luxury. The riad's location was safe and conveniently close to the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa, offering a peaceful retreat away from the bustling medina. We particularly appreciated the service of being picked up and dropped off at the nearby parking area in a cute golf cart, which was both practical and fun. we had a wonderful stay at Riad Palais Razala and highly recommend it for a memorable and authentic Moroccan experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet and comfortable riad in the heart of the bustling medina. The staff, especially Bouba and Ossama, were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious and the room was excellent. Highly recommended. I would definitely recommend this riad for a memorable stay.

We had such a serene experience at a riad not too far from the bustling souks. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by the tranquil ambience, completely shielding us from the noise of the medina. The staff even went the extra mile to pick us up from a nearby parking area in a cute golf buggy, making our arrival hassle-free. The room was beautifully decorated with a massive, comfortable bed and a luxurious jacuzzi. We didn't get a chance to use the rooftop pool, but it was a nice touch. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere was enhanced by the fact that it was not crowded during our stay. I highly recommend this riad for a calm and enchanting getaway.

I recently had the most incredible stay at a charming riad in Marrakesh. The attention to detail and impeccable decor of this hotel were truly remarkable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was absolutely amazing. They were always there, with smiles on their faces, ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large beds and much-needed air conditioning. The breakfast provided was delicious and the perfect start to each day. The location was ideal, situated in the quieter, more authentic part of the medina, which meant a bit of walking to reach the landmarks, but it was well worth it for the peaceful atmosphere. I felt welcomed and at home throughout my entire stay. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't possibly find anything to improve upon.
